How do I become a vendor/sell my things at the Farmers' Market?

Is the market pet friendly?

Unfortunately we cannot allow dogs inside the market except service animals

Is it wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we can accomodate wheelchairs within the market.

Can I buy a gift card?

Yes! We have booklets of 5 x $5 in Market Bucks, but you can purchase any amount you wish. Available at the market.

Do you run all year long?

We are the original and only year round market in Prince George.

How "local" are the products?

Most vendors and products are from within the School District 57 catchment area. However, there are a couple vendors from Vanderhoof (Elixir for Life and Clover Fields Apiaries), a few from Quesnel (La Belle Vallee Fromagerie, Planet Bannock, and Beth Crossan) a couple from the Okanagan (South Kelowna Fresh Fruit and Old Order Distilling), one from Victoria, BC (Bill Honey-morel mushroom forager) and one from Duncan, BC on Vancouver Island (Stillhead Distillery)

Are there washrooms there?

Yes. We have one unisex washroom with wheelchair accessibility and a baby station also.

Is the market open if it's raining?

Yes. Our indoor market is open year round and our outdoor market runs every Saturday from the beginning of May until the middle of October, rain or shine.

Can I get to the market on transit?

Our central location is within blocks of multiple bus routes. Check out BC Transit www.bctransit.com/prince-george/home

Do the vendors accept credit cards?

Many vendors, although not all, are able to accept credit cards.

Is there an ATM nearby?

An ATM is located within the Market. There are several banks nearby:
